Cycling in the Peak District and Staffordshire Moorlands

Below we have started to collect information on local cycle routes. We hope you find this useful. There are many quiet country lanes to cycle along and we hope to add our own routes to the website for you.

Manifold Valley	National Trust	Brown End Farm	The Waterhouses end is just 3 miles from Shawgate. Takes the route of the old railway (flat)
Tissington Trail	Peak District		Starts in nearby Ashbourne
High Peak Trail	Wiki		Starts from Buxton. A bit further north than the other trails but can be combined for a great cycling weekend
