This place has gone down hill! I went in for a pedi today and the heavy set tech was extremely rude and roughhhhh! I explained to her that i wanted my toes square square and she clearly did what she wanted to do We had to take off and restart twice and they still look like a kids work! I highly do not recommend!!

they charge too much for a pedicure and do the bare minimum at any other nail shop I go to 40.00 is a deluxe pedicure that would come with hot stones hot wax and hot towel wrap also 40.00 here is just a basic rushed pedicure

Ok first off I had been here once before to get my nails done and the lady was so freaking aggressive I didn't say anything because I'm not the kind of person to complain2.as i was waiting for my pedicure one of the lady's glanced at me and I smiled at her and she looked at me with a look of hate I didn't think much of it so I just minded my own business. 3. I came for a pedicure and the lady was so rude and would cut my nails very abruptly so much that she made me and my mom bleed from our toe nails. She said it was because they were ingrown which I tried to understand so I didn't say anything. The next day I realize that my toe is still hurting and I went to look at it only to realize that there was puss and dried blood along the side of my nails. It's been hurting me to even walk. I will never be coming here again. 3. Everything here is disgusting

Let me start by saying I went to this place based on a recommendation from a friend. Sight unseen. I was just visiting the area for a couple of days and needed a quick full set and pedi. I walked in and said a cheery good morning and the employees looked at me like I had five heads. The customer service is terrible. I got an eyebrow wax and she never washed her hands. The place also is not clean at all. I almost walked out but I decided that since I drove all the way over I would give it a try. The only reason I will give three stars is because even though the place is filthy and they're not friendly they do EXCELLENT work. The pedi was the best I've ever had and my nails came out BEAUTIFULLY. I got colored powder acrylic full set. Jenny truly is gifted. If the place would have at least been clean I would have given 5 stars.
