@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@optimum added $80 to my already extortionately priced bill because a technician came because our services have never worked since we moved in. No one at any point told me this charge would take place. You need to inform them and get the customers consent before adding charges.

@JDKspot @optimum I'm sorry you're being treated this way James! I'm a few days away from canceling everything. Too bad can't cancel internet bc crookhaven has allowed cable to choke generations of us. Pretty much rest of island has choices now but not my neighborhood. Can't wait to move!

@Jcvulpi @optimum On 3rd day with intermittent DVR issues they’ve escalated the problem waiting to hear back. I’ve had phone problems as well where both my lines were deleted from our account then when they added back it was more $ Phone works now though at a higher price.

@OptimumHelp Run away! 5 calls. 2 chat agents. 3 hours on phone today w/ 3 different customer service reps and @optimum still can't resolve their billing issue for internet service that never worked and two techs couldn't fix. Save yourself! Choose Fios.
