I like going toSport Clips because the lady's there are always nice, and know what they're doing. Aswell astalk toyou like they're anold friends, weather it's your first time there, oryour fifth time!

Didn't get any services. Arrived atmy check intime, text update said stylist would beready for mein 15minutes. Fine, nobiggie. The screen onthe wall then says 24minutes. Iasked ifthat was accurate, because Iwas ona bit ofa tight schedule. Iwas nothing but smiling and polite. She said 10minutesmax. Great. Almost 30minutes later, after watching her help the other stylist who was failing ather client'scut, Isaid Ihave togo, Iam out oftime. She says “oh, sosorry” ina very snarky tone, and turned her back tome. Isaid “what's the point ofthe check inmessages?”, and got noresponse. Isaid “well, you just lost acustomer today”. Still noresponse, still showing meher back. Sototally unprofessional, frankly Iwas stunned. SportClips isfine, Ihave been tomore thanone, but Isuggest any other location than Fairmount. Drove 1/4mile down the same road and was inand out ofSuperCuts with agreat trim in20minutes (exact same price). Iwas late for mynext appointment, but atleast Ihad myhaircut. This was mythird time going tothis SportClips, but app dumped, won't beback. Bummer, Idid like they are open Mondays, and myfirst 2cuts were fine.… – show

Called tomake areservation. They would not take areservation over the phone! Iwas given anoption ofjust showingup.... and taking mychances onwhen Icould betaken. Apparently one has todownload thier app and use THAT tomake reservations..... Just what weall need ismore apps and passwords… Iwent toanother local shop.. Iwent onthier site and made aappt. and Ididn't have todownload anappbtw.

My boys and Ineeded haircuts and this place isright upthe road from our new house. When Icalled tomake anappointment Iwas told that they accept walk-ins only which isperfect! Wedrove there and there was asign onthe door that said cash only sowe had togo tothe nearest gas station for anATM but itwas nobig deal. Mykids absolutely loved the hairdressers there and the haircuts that they had gotten:-) Ijust needed abrush upon myundercut and they did afantasticjob! Itcame to$53and Igave $5tip for each ofour cuts. Wewill definitely begoing back!… – show

My son is2.5with alot ofhair. Hehates getting itcut, and cries/screams/jerks his head away the entire time. Idread getting his haircut but wetook him toAna today atSport Clips and she was fast, efficient and kind. Hesaid afterward that hereally likedher, and said she was nicehe’s never said that about any stylist. Wewill beback for sure- and tipping well like always because they deserveit, but also because myson isa wild animal inthe chair and Ana definitely earned it- she’sthe best.… – show

I've been going tothis Sport Clips for about ayearnow. Ican say whole heartedly that Roe and Ana are amazing, awesome young women who are brilliant atwhat theydo. They are the epitome ofprofessionalism.
I recommend anyone looking for anew hair stylist strongly consider this Sport Clips.

I had been having adifficult time finding anyone who could cut myhair the way myfavourite barber ofmany years had been, but due toboth our conflicting schedules can nolonger visit. That was until Imet Anna, who took the time tolisten towhat Iwas looking for and was the first stylist inmany years who understood itand understood itperfectly. I’ll happily goback toSport Clips inFairmount and ask for Anna specifically, asthey give you that option when you first walk inthe door.
