As long as they get a sale...

I called about a truck I was interested in buying. The salesman said it was still available and the price was firm. I told him I was going to come in for a test drive. I told him it about an hour and twenty minute drive so I would be there between 12:30-1:00. He told me that was fine. I jumped in the car and left. I pulled in the dealership at 12:33. I walked in and told the salesman I was the guy who called about this particular truck. He wasn't the one I spoke to but also said the car was on a test run. I waited until the truck came back, but the guy said he would take it. Three hours wasted...and gas. I didn't get an apology or a chance to speak with the salesman.Ill be decent and not name him, I wish you the best of luck with his salesmanship. I hope the financing came through for the guy. And I will be more than happy to take my business and checkbook elsewhere.

Great father son business

Bought a truck from these guys and as soon as i was there looking, the employees were helping me out giving great information on all the vehicles i was interested in and had me driving away in no time!

Never gave me information requested!

Found a Ford Edge that I was interested in on Cars.com. I would have driven to see it but when I requested information regarding the mileage no one emailed me back with the mileage. Not sure I would buy a car from them if they cant respond to an interested buyer!

Positive experience. Friendly Staff.

Kevin at Jeff's Northshore Auto contacted me shortly after I showed interest in a Nissan Titan they had for sale. I drove 93 miles to check it out 4 days later and ended up buying it. Everyone there was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I can't comment on vehicle servicing since I live too far away to have my vehicle serviced there. I did purchase a warranty on the vehicle at my request since it would be difficult to return to them for service since I am 2 hours away. I've only had the truck 20 hours but love it so far!!! I went this far away to find a Nissan Titan for the price range I was looking for since It's been difficult to find a used Titan with lower miles. The long trip has been worth it so far!!!!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Brought car had nothin but problems with it every since called about it never called back. Custumer service what costumer service would not every buy another car from them all junk

Bad customer service.

Wanted to purchase a truck they had in inventory. I was looking at a truck that particular model and options are not very common. I lived 150 miles away so wanted to secure financing before making the trip. Took 4 days of calling them to find out they didn't want to do any work to make it happen. I had to call them every time only to hear an excuse, "i lost your phone number" "I couldn't get a hold of the bank" "I'm sorry its been real busy here" "the owner is off today" Needless to say after 4 days of this I wrote them off as not willing to help to make a deal happen. Poor poor customer service. Will not ever buy from them.

Problems with vehicle purchased

You cant get better.

I bought my Focus yesterday and every thing about the deal was carried out in a most friendly manner. The car is excellent value for money and fit for purpose, What more can you ask!!!
